Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to seniors to help them live safely at home. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming), light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship; assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion; provide medication reminders and document client condition for supervisor; maintain a safe home environment and engage clients in activities such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies. Requires high school diploma (or equivalent), background check and drug screen, and a valid CA driver’s license with auto insurance. Six months of healthcare experience preferred; benefits include weekly pay, 1:1 aide-to-client ratios, flexible scheduling, online training/CEUs, tuition discounts, and health benefits after meeting hours.
Required Qualifications

- Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
