Job Summary
Conduct daily ADLs for elderly clients including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and feeding in Santa Barbara and surrounding cities. Drive clients to and from appointments using your own licensed vehicle. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts, including at least one weekend per month. Undergo required background checks and complete paid training and orientation. Provide compassionate, respectful care to ensure client safety and happiness.
Required Qualifications
- Undergo a background check as required by the Home Care Aide Registration of California
- Must have a drivers license and a car (to be able to drive to and from your client)
- Be compassionate and respectful to seniors and people that need your help
- Be reliable
- Never be willing to ghost anyone and show respect for others
- Be on time for your shift! Always!
- Work weekends at least 1 weekend per month
