Job Summary
Provide in-home patient care under a one-on-one care plan: assist with daily activities (transfers, bathing, mobility), housework and personal care, maintain care records, build rapport with patients, report observations to supervisor, administer medications and immunizations, and engage patients in activities and prescribed exercises. Requires completion of a Home Health Aide program, a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of professional experience, TB screening, and a background check. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
