Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home care to patients following a care plan; assist with activities of daily living such as moving in and out of beds, baths, and personal care; maintain records of patient care and progress; build relationships with patients; administer medications and immunizations; engage patients in exercises or activities; strong verbal and written communication skills; prior Home Health Aide experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year prior professional experience
