Home Care Aide

Home Care Aide providing one-on-one patient care in clients' homes. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities (transfers, baths, mobility, personal care), linen changes, laundry, home cleaning, maintaining care records, reporting observations to supervisor, building relationships with patients, administering medications and immunizations, and engaging patients in exercises or activities. Requires completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program, a High School Diploma or GED, one year of professional experience, a two-step TB test, and a background check. Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
