Job Summary
Provide in-home, one-on-one patient care according to a personalized care plan in patients' homes; assist with daily activities (moving in/out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles); perform light housekeeping and personal care; maintain care records and report observations to supervisor; engage patients to support mental alertness; administer medications and immunizations; lead patients in exercises or activities; communicate effectively with patients and supervisor; prior Home Health Aide experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year prior professional experience
- 2 step TB
