Job Summary
Provide in-home patient care under a one-on-one care plan, assist with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, and personal care, prepare and manage medications/immunizations, maintain records, and engage patients in activities to support mental health; strong communication skills required and Home Health Aide certification plus a high school diploma or GED; one year of prior professional experience preferred.
