Job Summary
Provide in-home, one-on-one patient care as a Home Care Aide, including mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, and medication/ immunization support. Maintain patient care records, report observations to supervisor, and engage patients through conversation or activities to support mental alertness. Requires completion of a Home Health Aide program, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of professional experience; TB test and background check required.
