Job Summary
Assist geriatric clients with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts, feeding, and meal preparation. Provide companionship, emotional support, and medication reminders while monitoring and reporting changes in client condition. Perform light housekeeping and run errands as needed for higher acuity needs. Maintain a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and current insurance, possess ability to lift 50 LBS, and pass background and drug tests. Work flexible full-time hours in Springfield, MO, with weekly direct deposits and PPE provided.
