Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with mobility and transferring clients safely, while supporting meal preparation and feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment and provide companionship and emotional support. Report changes in client conditions to supervisors promptly and follow care plans with accurate documentation. This role requires working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
