Job Summary
Monitor and oversee various agency departments while maintaining compliance with all state regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines. Review assessment reports, payroll escalations, and bi-weekly payday reports to analyze trends via Key Performance Indicators and meet weekly, quarterly, and annual goals. Maintain personnel files, job descriptions, and consumer records, ensuring Direct Care Worker onboarding, annual education, and tuberculosis screenings proceed correctly. Establish infection prevention programs, emergency management plans, and policies regarding consumer rights, while collaborating with Human Resources for hiring and tracking enrollment and transfer cases.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in relevant field
- Two years of healthcare supervisory experience
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Progressive Team Development Experience
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Good Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Must be Reliable
- Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
- Results-orientated approach
