Job Summary
Oversee agency departments, maintain compliance with state regulations and internal policies, and review job descriptions annually. Analyze Key Performance Indicators to meet weekly, quarterly, and annual goals while tracking payroll, incident reports, and patient scheduling discrepancies. Maintain personnel files, monitor direct care worker onboarding, and ensure adherence to infection control and annual education requirements. Prepare emergency management plans, file appeals for hour decreases, and collaborate with Human Resources on internal hiring. Routinely meet with office employees to foster talent development and accountability. Requires an Associate's degree, two years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in relevant field
- Two years of home healthcare supervisory experience
- Excellent Organizational Skills
