Job Summary
Oversee office facility operations and ensure compliance with state regulations, Patriot Home Care policies, and CDC infection prevention guidelines. Monitor departmental KPIs to meet agency goals, review payroll and incident reports, and track enrollment and transfer cases. Maintain personnel files, verify billable hours, and manage Direct Care Worker onboarding and annual education requirements. Prepare emergency management plans, file appeals for hour decreases, and ensure patient care assessments remain accurate. Collaborate with Human Resources on internal hiring and conduct regular team meetings to foster talent development and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in relevant field
- Two years of healthcare supervisory experience
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Progressive Team Development Experience
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Good Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Must be Reliable
- Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
- Results-orientated approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
