Job Summary
Oversee daily office operations and monitor various agency departments while ensuring compliance with state regulations, Patriot Home Care policies, and CDC infection prevention guidelines. Maintain personnel files, review job descriptions annually, and analyze Key Performance Indicators to meet weekly, quarterly, and annual goals. Manage payroll reports, track enrollment and transfer cases, and resolve scheduling discrepancies for newly staffed patients. Collaborate with Human Resources on hiring and onboarding, prepare emergency management plans, and report major adverse events within mandated timeframes. Maintain comprehensive consumer records and ensure assessments teams plan of care remain accurate and up to date.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in relevant field
- Two years of healthcare supervisory experience
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Progressive Team Development Experience
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Good Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Must be Reliable
- Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
- Results-orientated approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
