Job Summary
Oversee office facility operations and various agency departments while ensuring compliance with state regulations, Patriot Home Care policies, and CDC infection prevention guidelines. Maintain personnel files, review job descriptions annually, and analyze KPIs to meet weekly, quarterly, and annual goals. Monitor authorized and unauthorized hours reports, bi-weekly payroll, and Enterprise Incident Management data to verify billable hours and identify scheduling discrepancies. Review assessment reports, patient/caregiver leads, and enrollment cases to implement process improvements. Prepare emergency management plans, file appeals for hour decreases, and track Direct Care Worker onboarding and annual education requirements. Collaborate with Human Resources on internal hiring and foster a culture of talent development through routine employee meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in relevant field
- Two years of healthcare supervisory experience
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Progressive Team Development Experience
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Good Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Must be Reliable
- Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
- Results-orientated approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
