Job Summary
Oversee agency departments and ensure compliance with state regulations, Patriot Home Care policies, and SOPs. Maintain personnel files, review job descriptions annually, and analyze KPIs to meet weekly, quarterly, and annual goals. Monitor authorized and unauthorized hours reports, bi-weekly payroll, and Enterprise Incident Management data. Review assessment reports, patient/caregiver leads, and enrollment/transfer cases while tracking Direct Care Worker onboarding. Establish infection prevention programs, manage emergency plans, and report major adverse events. Collaborate with HR on hiring and ensure consumer records remain accurate per state mandates.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of Pennsylvania's Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) regulations, standards, and service delivery REQUIRED
- Associate's Degree in relevant field REQUIRED
- Two years of healthcare supervisory experience REQUIRED
