Job Summary
Home-Based Sales Assistant to support sales executives, manage backend project activities, coordinate with suppliers and clients, and ensure seamless order management from start to finish. Responsible for providing product pricing, features, and availability information; creating proposals, quotes, and opportunities; preparing sales presentations; documenting all order-related activities in systems; following up with suppliers; maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions; handling a high volume of inbound/outbound emails; and delivering general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years in related roles, with strong English communication, organizational agility, and a customer-service orientation. Working schedule may include overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours. Proficient in iSuite, Microsoft and Google applications; basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is a plus. This is a full-time, remote, home-based role with DCX, a US-focused BPO serving promotional products clients.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
