Job Summary
Home-Based DCX Roofing Support Trainee assists in resolving customer inquiries, managing service requests, and performing administrative duties such as data entry, calendar management, and vendor communication. Responsibilities include analyzing blueprints and technical specifications to understand project requirements, drafting proposals and agreements for roofing projects, using roofing software and estimation tools to streamline planning and documentation, generating leads and setting appointments for roofing consultations, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and clients, researching roofing materials and industry standards, and developing reports and cost breakdowns to aid in project tracking. Opportunities include remote collaboration with teams, training to enhance roofing estimation, customer service, and project planning expertise, and growth within a supportive, growth-focused DCX environment.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, engineering, business management, or a related field
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven work experience in customer service, construction, real estate, or sales-related roles or related fields
- Fresh graduates from engineering courses encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Working schedule: ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google applications; familiarity with CRM tools; exposure to roofing software/estimation tools (Xactimate, Hover, AccuLynx) preferred
