Job Summary
Converting mockups into production-ready vector proofs; vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file formats, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use. Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations. Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proofs. Sending proofs to customers for review and approval. Ensuring approved orders transition smoothly into production and monitoring order status to prevent delays. Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions. Ad hoc tasks aligned with the above responsibilities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience; willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours. Ability to work from home in the Philippines; proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and CMYK/Pantone color management.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or related role
- Language: Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Technical: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
- Technical: Strong understanding of vector artwork, production file setup, and print-ready formatting
- Technical: Ability to scale and adapt artwork to meet production specifications across various product types
- Creative: Ability to design digital assets for internal and client-facing use (banners/store images)
- Organizational: Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Collaboration: Able to work with account managers, creative strategists, and production specialists
- Remote-work readiness: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US operating hours
- Quality/production: Knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, and color-matching best practices
- Independence: Ability to work independently and take initiative
