Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and mobility to develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals. Implement diverse therapeutic interventions for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries, while engaging patients in ongoing education and active participation in their rehabilitation. Document all interactions and outcomes using electronic health record systems and foster strong relationships with patients and families to enhance trust and motivation. Work in home settings with elderly patients and those recovering from surgeries, meeting business goals through dedicated care and community outreach. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state license in Physical Therapy in New Jersey
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
