Job Summary
The DCX Home-Based Order Representative manages the full order lifecycle after handoff from sales, including sourcing, pricing validation, quote preparation, supplier communication, order setup/maintenance in the system, and coordinator duties for samples, ship dates, and production timelines. Responsibilities include approval routing, exception flagging, monitoring inventory, coordinating repeat-order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate CRM/order notes related to in-hands dates and shipment status. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in the promotional products industry, strong English communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft/Google apps; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is a plus. The role is remote-based with work hours aligned to US EST and Philippine time, and includes industry-specific software experience (e.g., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore). This position supports growth-focused teams within a global promotional products context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in promotional products, apparel, or branded merchandise distribution
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva (ideal)
