Job Summary
Home-Based Operations and Accounting Coordinator responsible for maintaining data integrity and efficient financial/operational processes. Core duties include data entry and document management across platforms, financial coding to cost centers, expense management, and month-end documentation. Responsible for client reporting, quote preparation and tracking, and orderly filing of records (digital and physical). Supports accounts payable/receivable tasks, ensures adherence to SOPs, and provides cross-functional administrative support to back-office teams. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficient English communication. Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and the ability to work overnight or US hours aligns with a remote, Philippines-based schedule. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, accounting support, data entry, or operations coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with accounting/ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to manage repetitive, detail-intensive tasks with high accuracy
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours
