Job Summary
Home-Based Graphic Designer responsible for creating logos and artwork, applying brand guidelines across client projects, designing website mockups and layouts, and producing production-ready artwork while collaborating with clients to manage expectations. The role emphasizes strong typography, visual composition, branding integration, adherence to brand standards, timely delivery, and a portfolio demonstrating versatility across mediums. The position starts as a 3-month contingent contract with potential progression to full-time, and requires ability to work overnight Philippine time or US hours, along with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and strong English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and details
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
- Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines
- Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in the graphic design field
