Home-Based Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Summary
Lead the FP&A function for a Home-Based role at DCX, establishing a formal financial planning platform and driving budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and complex financial modeling. Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decisions; own reporting databases, net sales tracking, and sales- related analytics including commissions and rebates. Prepare monthly/weekly/ad hoc financial reports for executives and lenders; support month-end close, variance analysis, and forecasting processes; collaborate with sales and pricing teams on margin analysis and customer profitability, and contribute to Power BI dashboards and data visualization. Provide analytical support for audits, cross-function with accounting, operations, and leadership, and participate in pricing, reporting, and process improvements. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 4+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel/ERP/Power BI skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- ERP system experience
- Strong Power BI experience preferred
- Experience with financial modeling, dashboards, and large data analysis
- SQL or data analytics experience a plus
