Job Summary
Home-Based Direct Support Professional (DSP) providing one-on-one in-home support to a young woman with intellectual and developmental disabilities in West Middlesex, PA. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, supervision, and engagement in daily routines; support behavioral, social, and daily living skill development; assist with recreational activities; document progress and payroll; participate in ongoing training; and provide companionship and respite care. Part-time shifts include overnight, weekend mornings/afternoons, and weekday mornings. Requires 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers. Includes a $1,000 signing bonus and weekly pay.
