Job Summary
Home-Based Design Assistant responsibilities include creating visuals and artwork, developing logos and pre-production designs based on client specs, template design for embroidery/digital imprint/screen printing, preparing digital proofs and files for output, designing website mockups and other digital assets within brand guidelines, maintaining organized files, collaborating with clients to manage expectations, performing quality control and refining layouts, and handling ad hoc design tasks. Requires a college degree in Graphic Design or related field and 1-3 years of graphic design experience, strong portfolio, strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft and Google suites, plus basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva. Role is full-time, remote from the Philippines within a US-based DCX BPO environment and includes opportunities to learn and grow with a focus on customer-focused design work.
Required Qualifications
- Education: College degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or any related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, or any related roles.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Experience with computer-aided design.
- Software: Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google suite (Google Sheets, Gmail etc.).
- Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Canva is ideal.
