Home-Based DCX Team Leader

Home-Based DCX Team Leader is responsible for ensuring each team member meets and exceeds client expectations regarding task completion, employee attendance, and overall client satisfaction; must communicate clearly with clients and team members about ongoing processes and tasks, assist and train team members as necessary, and provide coaching and mentoring. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, highly skilled communicators, results-driven, well-structured, organized multitaskers who are accurate with detailing information and able to empathize with customers; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Google Suite, and various web portals and communication apps. Minimum 3 years of experience in a team lead role and in the BPO industry; salary range PHP 40,000.00 - 52,000.00; working hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
