Home-Based Creative Project Coordinator to support Creative Project Managers and clients in the promotional products industry. Responsibilities include ensuring clear client communication, preparing pricing/proposals and invoices, maintaining brand standards, handling vendor communications, and coordinating projects across internal teams. Daily duties involve managing client inquiries, sending product showcases, ensuring pricing accuracy within SOPs, and assisting with ad hoc administrative projects, all while upholding profit margins. Required skills include strong English communication, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple requests, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic Adobe tools is beneficial. Education: Bachelor's degree ideal; Schedule notes indicate overnight/graveyard shifts aligned to Philippine time or U.S. operating hours. The role is full-time and remote from the Philippines (Work From Home – PH). Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and data processing required
- 3+ years of client-facing experience
- at least 2+ years tenure in a recent previous position
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing ideal (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
