Job Summary
Home-Based Bookkeeper responsible for managing financial records, invoicing processes, expense tracking, and producing accurate financial reports across multiple projects. Key duties include approving/allocating expenses to projects/cost centers, creating/reviewing/submitting client invoices, monitoring outstanding/ past-due invoices, maintaining time and expense entries, and supporting compliance with accounting procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience), 1-3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, strong English communication, proficiency with QuickBooks Online, and comfort working remotely with US-hours alignment.

- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US operating hours
