Job Summary
Home-Based Accounting Admin responsible for supporting partner brands by overseeing accounts payable operations, vendor relationships, and accurate financial reporting. Daily duties include data entry, AP/AR processing, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, expense tracking, and assisting with month-end/year-end close. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration and 1-3 years of AP or general accounting experience. Must be proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar); strong English communication and detail-oriented mindset are essential. The role offers a permanent, work-from-home arrangement with overnight/graveyard shifts aligned to Philippine time or US EST hours, a competitive salary range in the local market, and a comprehensive benefits package including HMO, PTO, and career skills training. Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent
- Language: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Technical: Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Responsibilities: Data entry, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, month-end/year-end close support, vendor and customer communications, financial reporting
