Job Summary
Prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain accurate bookkeeping records, and manage budgets and forecasts to support partner financial operations. File tax returns ensuring compliance with regulations, participate in audits, and contribute financial insights to management decisions. Oversee cash flow, monitor expenses, and optimize the company's cash position to improve cost-efficiency and profitability. This role requires overnight shifts in Philippine time or US operating hours and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable/Payable and/or General Accounting experience
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software
- Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
