Job Summary
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product pricing, features, and availability. Create proposals, quotes, and sales presentations by compiling data into presentation formats. Document all order-related activities and maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints. Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound emails while providing general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors. Ad hoc duties as assigned. Work full-time within US operating hours Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Account Coordination, or direct promotional sales
- Very proficient in both written and spoken English
- Ability to work within US operating hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Possesses strong multi-tasking and prioritization skill sets
- Work well with others and be a team player
- Research-driven and customer-focused individual
- Accurate with detailed information
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well with co-workers

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the promotional products industry
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales
- Experience creating quotes, proposals, sales presentations, and customer documentation
- Experience managing high-volume email correspondence and customer inquiries
- Familiarity with promotional industry-specific software such as Sage, ESP, CommonSku, and Syncore
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Gmail, and other Google Workspace applications
- Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
- Basic exposure to NetSuite
