Home Base Educator

Conduct comprehensive home-based services for families with children from prenatal through age five, utilizing the Parents as Teachers curriculum and evidence-based family engagement frameworks. Perform regular home visits, developmental screenings, assessments, parent education, and meaningful parent-child interactions while recognizing parents as their child's first and most important teacher. Connect families to community resources, facilitate group socializations and community outings, encourage parent leadership and participation, and support family goal achievement through a whole-family approach. Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, maintain Parent Educator certification, participate in training and outreach efforts, and collaborate to maximize positive outcomes for children and families.
