Job Summary
Complete one-room audio/video installs, satellite/cable systems setup, and basic networking/data system installations. Troubleshoot simple systems and perform assigned vehicle care and maintenance while ensuring timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork. Work independently and with other installers to execute service calls and security system programming. This role requires proficiency with hand and power tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work rotating on-call schedules. Candidates must obtain Alarm.com Academy certification within six months and complete Livewire University within the first year. A clean driving record and background check are required for DCJS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
- Competent skills with desktop and mobile computing
- Clean driving record and background check (required for DCJS certification)
- Minimum of 1 year field experience in industry / adjacent industry
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Completion of Alarm.com Academy (or obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Completion of Livewire University within first year of employment
