Job Summary
Provide personalized in-home care to patients in Livonia, MI, including assistance with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; monitor health changes and report to nursing staff; assist with hospice tasks with respect for patient comfort and dignity; maintain accurate patient records; follow infection control and safety practices; collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Must have CNA certification and transportation to patient homes; flexible shifts and competitive hourly wage.
