Home and Community Supports Coordinator

Oversee the delivery of DSA, Attendant Care, and Supported Living services in compliance with OARs, ODDS requirements, and Pearl Buck Center policies. Ensure services remain person-centered, safe, and aligned with each individual's ISP, desired outcomes, and support plans. Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of assigned staff while promoting independence, dignity, inclusion, and self-determination. Collaborate with the Chief Program Officer to support effective program operations, staff accountability, quality service delivery, and regulatory compliance.
