Job Summary
Conduct home and community based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to treat behavioral health needs for children, youth, and families. Collaborate with clients to access their core strengths and work under the direction of the Program Director to implement structured, strength-based practices using multiple evidence-based approaches. Manage one's own schedule with client outreach while maintaining excellent time-management skills to work independently and as part of a team. Full-time employment offers a salary starting at $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision. Summer Fun Fridays feature early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Candidates must hold a Master's degree, clinical licensure (LCSW or LMHC), and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Clinical Licensure (LCSW or LMHC) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
- Access to secure internet
- Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S.
