Job Summary
Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to address behavioral health needs for youth, families, and adults. Collaborate with clients to access their core strengths and work under the direction of the Program Director. Manage client outreach and one's own schedule while maintaining excellent time-management skills. Full-time employment in New York requires a Master's degree, clinical licensure, and a valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually with language differentials and stay-on bonuses. Benefits include Summer Fun Fridays, comprehensive health coverage, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in NY
- Valid driver's license
- Access to secure internet
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
- Non-English language capacity
- Some afternoon and evening availability
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
