Job Summary
Provide strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to address behavioral health needs for children, youth, and families. Collaborate with clients to access core strengths and realize their full potential while adhering to Northeast Family Services policies. Manage independent client outreach and maintain one's own schedule, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote family resilience. This role requires a Master's degree, clinical licensure (LCSW or LMHC), and at least one year of experience in a home or community setting. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access and be authorized to work in the U.S. Full-time positions offer a salary starting at $75,000, Summer Fun Fridays, and comprehensive benefits including tuition reimbursement and supervision for licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Clinical Licensure (LCSW or LMHC) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
- Access to secure internet
- Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S.
