Job Summary
Provide home and community-based therapeutic interventions to youth and families in their residences, utilizing evidence-based practices to access core strengths and address behavioral health needs. Collaborate with clients to support their full potential while working independently and as part of a team under Program Director direction. Manage client outreach and maintain a schedule accommodating some afternoon and evening availability. This role involves in-person visits to clients' homes across New York, requiring a Master's degree, clinical licensure, and at least one year of experience in a home or community setting. Full-time positions offer a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 plus bonuses, comprehensive benefits including vacation and holidays, and opportunities for professional growth such as supervision and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
- Valid driver's license
- Access to secure internet
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
