Job Summary
Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to address behavioral health needs for children, youth, and families. Collaborate with clients to access core strengths and realize full potential while adhering to organization policies under the Program Director's direction. Manage one's own schedule with client outreach and maintain access to secure internet. Bilingual Spanish is required, and experience with children, youth, and families in home or community settings is preferred. Full-time employment includes in-person visits, supervision for licensure, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual Spanish
- Access to secure internet
- Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
- Some afternoon and evening availability
