Job Summary
Provide strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to address behavioral health needs for children, youth, and families under the direction of the Program Director. Collaborate with clients to access core strengths and utilize evidence-based practices while managing independent schedules and conducting client outreach. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to secure internet for in-person visits, with some afternoon and evening availability preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are required and eligible for a $10,000 stay-on bonus, while all full-time therapists earn $75,000–$90,000 annually plus benefits including Summer Fun Fridays, tuition reimbursement, and supervision for licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Clinical Licensure (LCSW or LMHC) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual Spanish
- Access to secure internet
- Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
- Some afternoon and evening availability
