Holly, Licensed Practical Nurse Days (Full-Time)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time Charge Nurse role at Holly Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents, coordinating total nursing care with the Director of Nursing and Clinical Care Coordinators, ensuring compliance with operating policies and regulations, supervising personnel, and performing duties of a Certified Nurse Aide when required. Duties include assessing resident conditions, developing and implementing care plans, conducting rounds with physicians, administering medications, managing emergency care and documentation, coordinating with CNAs, scheduling appointments and therapies, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Requires current Michigan LPN license and CPR certification; two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care preferred.
