Job Summary
Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, manage seating arrangements and wait lists to maximize capacity, and escort guests to tables while presenting menus and daily specials. Maintain an organized entrance area, ensure well-groomed appearance and uniform standards, and communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management regarding wait times and updates. Provide comprehensive menu knowledge including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information while staying updated on current promotions and events. Adhere to all company policies and obtain required work cards. Flexibility to perform other duties and work assigned shifts is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required
