Job Summary
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mix cocktails, and take orders for bar and restaurant patrons. Check customer identification to confirm legal drinking age, restock bar inventory, and maintain a clean, organized bar area. Plan and present the bar menu while ensuring all drinks meet company standards and food and beverage regulations. Complete required training courses and maintain computer and POS system literacy. Work part-time shifts at the Scottsdale location, standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer and POS system literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- Must successfully complete a training course
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry up to 25 pounds

- Previous experience as a bartender
