Job Summary
Verify par levels for all products and equipment at the start of every shift, ensuring the bar is fully stocked and reporting shortages to management. Observe and anticipate guest needs while maintaining bar cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and managing the soda room. Perform opening and closing duties such as removing trash and debris, and adhere to all local, state, and government regulations. Obtain and maintain required licensing, follow company policies, and uphold uniform standards in this high-paced environment. Minimum age is 21, with flexibility to work varying schedules based on business demand.

- Previous work experience as a barback

- Ability to remain composed in delivering exceptional results in a high-paced environment
- Knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must have the ability to manage time effectively with minimum supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form
- Obtain and maintain required licensing or certifications
