Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, gift ideas, and personalized recommendations while accurately processing sales, returns, and exchanges. Replenish merchandise throughout the store, maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation, and support fulfillment activities including customer pickups and deliveries. Keep the checkout area clean and safe, operate the point-of-sale system, and work collaboratively to meet store sales goals. This seasonal role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
