Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, gift ideas, and personalized recommendations. Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and POS transactions while maintaining organized stockrooms and a clean sales floor. Receive, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store to support fulfillment activities and inventory accuracy. Work collaboratively with teammates to uphold safety standards and operational procedures in a fast-paced holiday environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience
