Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, gift ideas, and personalized recommendations. Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges while maintaining organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation. Replenish merchandise, support fulfillment activities, and ensure inventory accuracy throughout the store. Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain a clean, safe environment and achieve store sales goals. This seasonal role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience
