Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, gift ideas, and promotions while accurately processing sales, returns, and exchanges. Replenish merchandise, maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation, and support fulfillment activities including customer pickups and inventory accuracy. Work collaboratively with teammates to keep the store ready for the holiday season, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Maintain flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
